Age Restriction & Eligibility
18+ Only: The bbab88 platform is strictly for adults aged 18 years and above. Persons under 18 are prohibited from registering, depositing, or participating in any real-money activity on the Platform.
To be eligible to register and maintain an active bbab88 account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

Account Registration

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your bbab88 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify bbab88 support immediately via live chat. bbab88 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your credentials.
Two-factor authentication is available on all bbab88 accounts and is strongly recommended. Enabling two-factor authentication substantially reduces the risk of unauthorised account access.
Section 4
Deposits & Withdrawals
Currency: All bbab88 accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The ৳ symbol is used throughout the Platform to denote BDT amounts. No currency conversion is applied to BDT deposits or withdrawals.
Deposits
bbab88 accepts deposits via the following approved payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and other methods as displayed on the deposit page of your account at the time of transaction. The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500. bbab88 does not charge a transaction fee on deposits; however, your mobile financial service provider may apply their own charges.
Deposits are credited to your bbab88 account balance in real time upon confirmed receipt by our payment processing systems. If a deposit does not appear in your account within 30 minutes of a confirmed transaction on your mobile wallet, you should contact bbab88 support via live chat and provide the transaction reference number.
bbab88 reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or place a hold on any deposit that it has reasonable grounds to believe is connected to fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. Funds returned under such circumstances will be remitted to the originating payment method only.
Withdrawals
Withdrawals are available only to players whose accounts have passed full KYC verification. The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. The maximum withdrawal limits applicable to your account tier are displayed in the Cashier section of your account dashboard.
Withdrawal requests submitted by verified players during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours are typically processed within 15 minutes to the registered bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account. Processing times outside BST business hours may extend up to 24 hours.
All withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:
- The withdrawal amount must not exceed the available real-money balance in your account (bonus balances are not withdrawable until wagering requirements are met).
- Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, except where that method does not support withdrawals, in which case bbab88 will contact you to arrange an alternative.
- bbab88 reserves the right to conduct additional identity and source-of-funds verification before processing any withdrawal above ৳50,000 in a single request or ৳100,000 in any rolling 30-day period.
- Any pending bonus wagering requirements must be completed or forfeited before a withdrawal of the associated deposit can be processed.
bbab88 does not charge a withdrawal processing fee. Any charges levied by the receiving mobile financial service provider are the responsibility of the player and are outside bbab88's control.
Section 5
Bonus & Promotion Terms
bbab88 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players, including but not limited to: welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and tournament prizes. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated on the relevant promotion page, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. In the event of a conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms, the promotion-specific term shall prevail for that promotion only.
General Bonus Conditions
- Bonuses are available to registered, verified players aged 18 and above only.
- Each bonus may only be claimed once per player, household, IP address, or payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- bbab88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that bonuses already credited to player accounts will remain subject to the terms in place at the time of crediting.
- Bonuses credited to your account are classified as bonus funds until all applicable wagering requirements are completed. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn; only winnings generated from wagering bonus funds, after all requirements are met, may be withdrawn as real-money balance.
- If you choose to withdraw your real-money deposit before completing the wagering requirements attached to a bonus, the bonus funds and any associated winnings will be forfeited at the point of withdrawal.
Wagering Requirements
Wagering requirements specify how many times bonus funds (or the sum of deposit plus bonus) must be wagered before any withdrawal is permitted. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means you must place a total of ৳30,000 in qualifying wagers before the bonus-derived balance becomes withdrawable.
- Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino games, table games, and sportsbook wagers may contribute at a reduced rate (e.g., 10%–20%) or may not contribute at all. The contribution rates applicable to each bonus are stated on the relevant promotion page.
- Bets placed at odds below the minimum stated on the promotion page do not count toward sportsbook wagering requirements.
- Bonus funds and their associated wagering requirements expire after 30 days from the date of crediting unless a different expiry period is stated on the promotion page. Expired bonus balances are automatically removed from your account.
- bbab88 reserves the right to void bonus winnings and confiscate bonus balances where it has reasonable grounds to believe a player is exploiting bonuses in bad faith, including but not limited to: low-risk bet patterns designed to extract bonus value without genuine gameplay, coordinated bonus abuse across multiple accounts, or misrepresentation of identity to claim a bonus multiple times.
Welcome Bonus

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
By using the bbab88 platform, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws. You accept that bbab88 is entitled to monitor activity on the Platform and take action where prohibited conduct is detected.
You agree that you will NOT:
- Use any automated software, bots, scripts, macros, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in place of genuine human gameplay.
- Exploit software errors, display errors, or technical vulnerabilities in any game or platform feature. Any winnings generated as a result of a technical error are void and will not be paid out.

- Attempt to launder money, process funds on behalf of third parties, or use the bbab88 platform as a vehicle for any financial transaction unrelated to genuine gambling activity.
- Provide false, fraudulent, or misleading information at any point during registration, verification, or in communications with bbab88 support.
- Use a payment method that does not belong to you or make deposits from accounts registered to a third party.
- Engage in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct toward bbab88 staff or other players via live chat, email, or any other communication channel.
- Attempt to gain access to another player's account by any means.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the bbab88 Platform, including its games, Random Number Generator systems, or security infrastructure.
bbab88 employs fraud detection, pattern analysis, and account monitoring tools that operate continuously. Where prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected, bbab88 may take any of the following actions without prior notice:
- Suspend or permanently close the account.
- Void any or all bets, winnings, or bonus balances associated with the account.
- Withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation.
- Share account and transaction information with law enforcement or regulatory bodies where required by law.

Section 7
Account Suspension & Closure
Closure by the Player
You may request the closure of your bbab88 account at any time by contacting the English-language support team via live chat. Before submitting a closure request, please ensure that any pending withdrawals have been processed and that you have retrieved any real-money balance remaining in your account. Once an account is closed at the player's request, any remaining balance below the minimum withdrawal threshold may be forfeited if it cannot be remitted to a verified payment method.

Suspension or Closure by bbab88
bbab88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
- Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or prohibited conduct.
- Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a payment service provider in connection with the player's account.
- Regulatory or legal requirement to restrict access.
- Discovery that the player was under 18 at the time of registration.
- Inactivity: accounts with no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months are classified as dormant. bbab88 will attempt to notify the registered email address before applying a monthly dormancy fee of ৳200 to dormant accounts with a remaining balance. Accounts with a zero balance will be closed after 24 months of inactivity.
Where an account is closed by bbab88 due to a breach of these Terms, any real-money balance remaining in the account may be withheld pending investigation. Where the investigation concludes that the balance was accumulated through legitimate play and no prohibited conduct is established, the balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method.
Section 8
Limitation of Liability
The bbab88 Platform and all content, games, and services offered therein are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. bbab88 makes no warranties, express or implied, as to the uninterrupted availability of the Platform, the fitness of any game for a particular purpose, or the accuracy of any odds or market information displayed.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bbab88 shall not be liable for:
- Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, however caused.
- Service interruptions caused by scheduled or emergency maintenance, third-party network failures, or force majeure events including natural disasters, government actions, or telecommunications outages affecting Bangladesh.
- Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your bbab88 login credentials.
- Any decision made by a game engine, RNG system, or sportsbook trading engine where that decision was made in accordance with the applicable game rules.
- Tax obligations arising from your winnings in any jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for determining and satisfying any tax liability associated with winnings received from bbab88.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude bbab88's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Governing Law & Disputes
